The Early Years

The school welcomes children from age of 2 to attend the nursery on a full or part time basis. The nursery has a relaxed atmosphere where constructive play forms the basis of education in the early years. It also eases children into the routine of attending school and taking part in a variety of activities.

Being part of the larger school gives children access to a wider range of facilities and equipment, whilst dedicated teachers and assistants provide all the help and support that your child needs.

Arts and crafts, learning about the environment, basic science, music, story-time and physical education are some of the activities the children take part in.

All the schools activities are intended to pave the way for successful progression into primary education. This foundation will help your child to look forward to going to school and enjoy being able to create, explore, understand and express themselves.

As of June 2010, the new outdoor play area (pictured) offers new opportunities for play and learning and is an exciting development for our school.
